I’m thankful for learning, education, and wisdom of the group, as well as the camaraderie!
No CEOC visit this Friday

Grateful for many things:
- My equipment
- Being involved with the club
- The patience of those who have taught me over the years :)

I’ve coached a few folks in getting their license, but haven’t heard them check in… Any thoughts?
KG5LYE:
- Mic shyness is a huge deal!
- Maybe walk them through the process the first few times
- Best thing we can do is to invite them, give them something to talk about (I think we do a great job with that on this net!)
N5ZKF:
- Maybe get involved with W5AC
- W5AC does additional things: fox hunts, on-campus radio stations
- Group setting with encouragement goes a long way
- Bring them to meetings, Parks on the Air

- Just keep encouraging them
