- Solar flares all day long (3 or 4 this afternoon), and lots of activity causing problems and propagation on UHF
- N5ZKF: also potentially lots of tropospheric VHF propagation
- When I was in security service in San Angelo, I used to listen to Number Stations
- Saw a note in a magazine (Monitoring Times) asking to report information
- Office of Special Investigations (OSI) came asking what I was doing when I sent in my notes
