• Helped out at the CEOC with Hurricane Harvey to relay messages to Austin

• Car Carrier stuck on railroad crossing at Wellborn and Cain road
  • Railroad frequencies indicated a train in the next block over
  • Contacted dispatcher and told them to put train in emergency stop
  • Averted a catastrophe
