- Trying out a new antenna from WD5ABC
- center-fed half-wave 40 m dipole with twin lead to a 4:1 balun
- also called a “Zepp” antenna
- analyzer reads high SWR, but low-loss line and balun make for a good impedance match
- impedance match is really all that matters in this case
- my radio can tune it on most bands between 40 m and 10 m
