- American Legion hosts every Thursday, 08:00/10:00
- We provided the donuts on 2023-12-07, 10 members were present
- There are usually kolaches
- Provided on first/third and second/fourth Thursdays by two different organizations
- No one is covering the occasional fifth Thursdays (there are four of these each year)
- Propose that W5BCS sponsor the fifth Thursday, probably not more than $100
- We are hosted here for free
Motion by Bob O'Connell (KC5DWB):
to sponsor the fifth Thursday kolaches for the American Legion Veteran’s Coffee in an amount not to exceed $100
Seconded by John Walker (W1JCW).
Outcome:
passes unanimously
- The American Legion is definitely worthy of our support
- consider becoming a member if you are a veteran
