  • Menu:
    • Brisket, sausage, pork shoulder, beans
    • Potato salad
    • Pot luck by members: please bring your dishes in a disposable dish
• Heat safety
  • For every Gatorade you drink, you need to drink an equal amount of water
  • Kitchen area will be air air-conditioned
    • Air-conditioned cargo trailer will be on-site as well
• Set up starts 08:00
  • Antenna trailer up by 09:00
  • ARES will also have antenna trailer
• Radios
  • ICOM IC-7300 and ICOM IC-756 Pro from Rick Pfeil (W4RDP)
  • ICOM IC-7300 from Lorna Flansburg (KI5FIZ)
  • anyone can bring their own radio to switch out if they want to operate
  • Might need extension cords
• Safety
  • If we notice that you seem to be overheated, we are going to tell you about it
  • If you are not in good health, we are going to call 911
• Teardown on Sunday around 13:00
  • Need help on-site
  • Need help returning things to Sly’s place
