- If we have enough people, maybe have a “sub-station” in downtown by Queen Theatre
- Invite W5AC to help out

NOTE: This is the last meeting we’ll have before the date, so we’ll communicate by email and the net.

Proposed changes:
- more flexible meeting and voting options
  - to allow meeting via zoom or voting remotely
- more flexible dues schedule
  - no longer anchor to January of calendar year
  - pay anytime, membership good through the next year
  - pro-rating for early payments, grace period
- review for grammar and typographical errors
need 2/3 membership quorum to modify
- at 72 members, that’s 48 people
- hard to get that many to show up to meetings
form committee to review and propose changes
- Matthew Barry (KG5LYE) volunteers to head the committee
