Officers

Start making plans for field day
- wanting to make reservation at Bachmann Park
- KG5EYV motion to reserve Brian Bachmann Park ($200.00)
  - Seconded by KI5CES
  - passes
  - KG5EYV will use his card
- Raffle Prizes
  - Did not do well on last year’s raffle
  - need to come up with prizes early and get tickets made
  - Charity for tax purposes?
    - Not this tax season?
  - Pass around prize list; pick 3 items
    - Ace Hardware on SW Pkwy and Texas Ave to make a donation to the club
      - good prize for general public
      - possibly a nice tool like a Leatherman
    - DX Engineering gift cards
    - Movie Theatre gift cards
    - Possibility of gun raffle?
      - will need to be handled carefully
      - Rick Pheil made suggestions and has done gun raffles before
- Whataburger to possibly put together a breakfast order for morning of Field Day setup
- Has been cost-prohibitive to send out postcards prior to Field Day to stir up some interest.
ARRL Liability Insurance due
- KG5EYV will pay and request reimbursement from Treasurer N5GQB
Fire Station Conference Room normally not available on weekends
- CSFD Fire Chief is behind the club
Pancake breakfast at American Legion coming up
- 101 Waco St

Lot sof special events on the air: Get on HF!
- Ships, lighthouses, etc.
- Check https://arrl.org for info
- ISS has been active sending SSTV

- $555.00 deposits for membership renewals

- If wanting to renew or become a member, get with Sly for help on filling out the form so club can benefit
No VE test session next month
